1.Once the quotation is accepted a completed and signed booking form is required.
2. The booking is then confirmed. Confirmation invoice is then sent to the client.
3. Payment is only made once the booking is confirmed.
4. Documents are then processed and handed .
Method of Payment
Documents, tickets or whatsoever travel documentation shall not be released until full payment is effected. Methods of payment:
- BANK GUARANTEED CHEQUE - Only bank guaranteed cheques are accepted by A Y S Travels, but kindly note that it may take up to 10 (ten) working days to clear. No documents, tickets or whatsoever travel documentation shall be released until the cheques are cleared.
- CREDIT CARDS - Credit Cards are welcome. There will be an additional 3% bank charge for booking tours to India.
- ELECTRONIC TRANSFER (EFT) - Whenever payment is made by electronic transfer, confirmation of the payment must be send to the fax number indicated on the front page. Kindly note that certain banking institutions take more than 24 (twenty) hours to clear payment.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% is payable in order to initiate booking. The remainder must be payable upon confirmation of booking
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations and refunds will depend on the terms and conditions of our suppliers.
